Drawing from his vast experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, Mike passionately lives by a Vison Zero mantra; focused on delivering innovating solutions to eliminate traffic collisions while increasing road safety.  A recognized leader in the commercial fleet industry, Mike is filled with integrity earning his reputation by relentlessly pursuing solutions to customer’s future problems.

Diane Shirchenko
Managing Partner

Founding DiCAN more than 20 years ago, in partnership with her husband Mike and late brother John, Diane is consistently focused on the future while directly involved in the day-to-day business.  Diane’s operational style is a pleasant mix of grace and integrity.  She is driven to deliver solutions in all circumstances, keeping the needs of her customers and team first.

Lucy Woodward
Director of Sales and Customer Success
Proficient and professional, Lucy easily demonstrates her business acumen having an affinity for technology and developing relationships.  Responsible for planning and overseeing sales initiatives and new business projects, she is a hands-on leader who effectively keeps projects moving forward and information channels open.

and business development.  With his vast knowledge and industry experience from marine, to industrial crane and high tech control systems—Dan is able to meet and find resolutions for all of his customer needs and problems.

Account Manager (Niagara Region)
As a sales and client services pro, Jeff is all about happy customers. Starting out as a technician, Jeff has over 5 years of experience in the fleet safety industry. Jeff’s superpowers include communication and problem-solving skills - which come in handy, serving as DiCAN’s Account Manager for the Niagara Region.
Kendra Abraham
Onboarding and Customer Support Manager
As a first point of contact for many, Kendra enthusiastically creates positive customer experiences.  She's a great listener and quick learner; expertly handling a variety of customer needs.  She manages a vast knowledge base, effortlessly jockeying to provide customers and field support with operational solutions to highly technical problems.
Lisa Van Tol
Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator
A highly qualified business administrator, Lisa is an expert planner. She skillfully quarterbacks the processing of product orders and scheduling of customer installation services. Often coordinating directly with customers, Lisa manages the after-sales process from purchase order to order fulfillment, and technical installations.
Jayne Tulloch
Office Administrator
As the Office Administrator at DiCAN, Jayne ensures that day-to-day operations go smoothly and she supports all departments across DiCAN. With multiple years providing administrative support and being a department head, Jayne is always up to a challenge and completes it with excellence. 
Steve Boss
Lead Mechanic, Sr. Technician
As senior technical advisor and lead installer, Steve plays an instrumental role in the leadership and supervision of DiCAN's field service and installation team.  In the field or in the office, Steve is a seasoned problem solver always keeping a practical and functional eye on delivering the most complete solutions for our customers.
Bhagavathi Shankar
Support Supervisor
Shankar is a skilled professional with expertise in Geotab and connected camera solutions. With a background in computer science, he excels at troubleshooting and delivering efficient client solutions. Leading the support team, Shankar ensures a positive client experience through effective training and problem-solving, while also developing coaching programs to enhance team skills.
